How FreeInd protects your work
You are trusting us with your prompts, your outputs, and your payments. Here is exactly how each of those is handled — no vague promises.
Payments
Subscriptions and top-ups are paid through UPI · Cards · Netbanking (India) · international cards in USD. Checkout happens on the payment processor's PCI-DSS compliant page — full card details never reach FreeInd servers, and we cannot see or store them.

Refunds and cancellations are covered by the refund policy. Failed or cancelled generations release their credits automatically.
Your content stays private
Generated images, video, audio, and text are stored in private object storage — never in a public bucket. Every download link is a short-lived signed URL that expires.
Your prompts and outputs are not used to train models, and they are not shared with other customers. Workspace data is isolated per workspace, and you can delete your account and data from Settings at any time.
Account security
Accounts require email verification. Passwords are stored only as salted hashes.
You can review active sessions from the dashboard and enable two-factor authentication (TOTP) in Settings under Security.
Ownership guards prevent workspace data from being deleted until the account owner explicitly confirms.
Reliable generation pipeline
Provider credentials, health checks, and failover are managed by the platform — you never paste API keys into your browser.
If a generation fails, is cancelled, or expires before completion, reserved credits are released automatically. Provider outages are retried or refunded in credits.
Responsible disclosure
Found a vulnerability? Email support@free.ind.in with the subject "Security report" and we will acknowledge it within 24 hours. Please test only against your own account and do not run automated scanners against the service.
