Pay per generation
When a job costs more than your plan credits and wallet balance, pay for just that generation with a one-time checkout — no deposit, no subscription, no commitment. Your own balance always runs first.
When a job costs more than your plan credits and wallet balance together, FreeInd offers a one-time checkout instead of blocking you.
The job quotes its own price: the model’s credit cost plus a small markup, with a minimum charge. Nothing is added later.
Complete the checkout with UPI, cards or netbanking. Your card details stay on the payment processor — they never reach FreeInd servers.
As soon as the gateway confirms the payment, the generation is queued and runs. An unpaid checkout simply expires.
No deposit and no subscription — pay for a single generation with a one-time checkout. It applies when your plan credits and pay-as-you-go wallet can’t cover the job; your own balance always wins first. The job starts as soon as the gateway confirms the payment.
How the one-time price is set
one-time price = max(credit cost × (1 + markup), minimum credits)
Example one-time prices
Pay by UPI · Cards · Netbanking. Card details never touch FreeInd servers.
Pay-as-you-go and pay-per-generation are separate modes. Plan credits run first, then your wallet, then a one-time checkout.
| Plan credits | Pay as you go | Pay per generation | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Commitment | Monthly / one-time plan | $10 min deposit, top up anytime | None — one job at a time |
| What you pay | Plan credit price | Credit price, no markup | Credit cost + markup |
| When it applies | While plan credits remain | While the wallet balance covers the job | When credits and wallet both fall short |
| Validity | Resets monthly (or one-time balance) | Deposits lapse 30 days after crediting | Single checkout, starts on confirmation |
Pay-as-you-go is a prepaid wallet you top up and spend across many generations with no markup. Pay-per-generation is a one-time checkout for a single job — no deposit and no commitment — and is used only when your plan credits and wallet cannot cover that job.
Only when plan credits and an active wallet balance both fall short of the job’s cost. Your own balance always wins first, so a customer who can pay normally is never sent a one-time checkout.
It is the job’s credit cost plus a small published markup, with a minimum charge — never charged below the minimum. The exact amount is shown on the checkout before you pay.
An unpaid checkout expires after about an hour and the job is cancelled with nothing charged. You can start the generation again whenever you like.
The same methods as the rest of the platform: UPI, cards and netbanking in India, plus international cards in USD. The checkout runs on the payment processor’s PCI-DSS compliant page.
Generating regularly? A prepaid wallet is cheaper — no markup, and you only ever spend what you top up.
