Short answers about AI image, video, and audio generation, accounts, credits, content, and the API. Policies are linked where they matter.
Questions, answered
Accounts & workspaces
- Sign up with an email and password, or with Google or GitHub. Verify your email once, and a personal workspace is created for you automatically.
- Each plan includes a number of seats (active members) in a workspace. Invite members by email; they share the workspace credit pool.
- Yes — account deletion with ownership guards is available in Settings. Export your data first; deletion is permanent.
Credits & billing
- Every model has a fixed credit cost published in the catalog and shown before you submit — per generation for images, and per second of output for video and audio (e.g. 4 credits per 60 sec). There are no hidden multipliers.
- Monthly plan credits reset at the start of each billing period. Pay-as-you-go wallet balances do not expire.
- In India, UPI, cards and netbanking are processed through Cashfree, with prices shown in ₹ at the live exchange rate. International cards are processed through Creem in USD. Card details are handled entirely by the payment processor and never touch FreeInd servers.
- Pay-as-you-go is a prepaid wallet. The first deposit (and every later top-up) requires at least $10, enforced on the server before checkout.
Generations & content
- Text to text, text to image, text to video, text to audio, image to image, image to video, and video to video — see the models page for details.
- Pick a language model, write a prompt, and optionally set a system prompt, temperature, and max tokens. The answer is stored with the generation and can be copied from the history page.
- Text to audio outputs MP3, WAV, or OGG with optional voice and speech-rate control. Every clip gets a waveform preview in your library.
- You own your outputs, subject to the terms of service and each model’s commercial license. See the AI content and copyright policy.
- Active jobs can be cancelled. Failed, cancelled, or expired jobs can be retried from the history page.
- Every prompt routed to an image or video model is screened automatically before generation. Prompts that violate our content policy are blocked and never charged. Revise the prompt and try again — see the acceptable-use policy for what is not allowed.
API & developers
- API usage draws from the same credit pool as the dashboard, so any plan with credits can call the API. Pay-as-you-go workspaces need the minimum deposit met first.
- Create a webhook endpoint in the dashboard, subscribe to events, and verify deliveries with the HMAC-SHA256 signature. Retries and delivery history are automatic.
- Breaking changes follow a 90-day deprecation policy, published in the changelog.
