Privacy Policy

We collect account data (name, email, password hash, login methods), workspace and membership data, generation records (mode, model, parameters, status, timestamps), usage records, payment records, and support correspondence.

Generation prompts and asset metadata are processed to provide the Service. Prompts are never sent to analytics and are never used for advertising.

We use your data to operate and secure the Service, process payments, enforce limits and billing, provide support, comply with legal obligations, and — with your consent — measure aggregate product usage through privacy-respecting analytics.

Analytics load only after you accept the consent banner. Analytics events never include prompts, asset URLs, emails, or other personal data. See the cookie policy.

We use subprocessors for core infrastructure: hosting and database, object storage, payment processing (Creem, and Atlos for crypto), email delivery, and AI providers. Providers receive the inputs needed to generate your outputs and nothing more. Provider outputs may be retained by the provider per its own policy.

Account data is retained while your account is active. You can export your data and delete your account from Settings; deletion removes or anonymizes your data unless retention is required by law or security obligations.

Deleted assets follow our retention policy, and audit logs are retained immutably to support security and abuse investigations.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us at support@free.ind.in to exercise them. We respond within the timeframes required by law.

We apply encryption in transit and at rest, hashed credentials, session controls, rate limiting, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; report vulnerabilities to support@free.ind.in.

The Service is not directed at children under the age required by applicable law. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
